Books that caught my attention this week – May 2012
I come across so many wonderful books in my online travels – far too many to ever read them all. So I have decided to share the titles I add each week to my unrealistically ambitious wishlist.
If you share literary tastes similar to mine, what caught my attention might interest you too.

THE RED HOUSE by Mark Haddon
“A serious, lyrical, complex novel….beautiful” –The Herald
FISH TANK, A Fable for Our Times by Scott Bischke
‘FISH TANK is an insightful allegory about the human condition, tackling issues of politics and power, limited resources and climate change.’
SACRE BLEU, A Comedy D’Art by Christopher Moore

They all sound great, I am especially intrigued by the second book.
Great finds! Having read and loved ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time’, I will be interested to see how you enjoy ‘The Red House’.
I think we all have an “unrealistically ambitious wishlist”
I include on mine, whose blog I took the recommendation from.
