International Book Giveaway of THE STREET SWEEPER – The Literary Blog Hop

Literary Blog Hop Feb 2013Booklover Book Reviews is thrilled to be a part of the Literary Giveaway Blog Hop (9-13 February 2013) kindly organised by Judith @ Leeswammes’ Blog.

My Literary International Book Giveaway

The Street Sweeper by Elliot PerlmanThe Street Sweeper by Elliot Perlman was one of my Best Books of 2012. It is one of the most moving and memorable novels I have read, not just in 2012, but in many years. I cannot recommend this book more strongly… from a literary standpoint, I think it is stunning, and the story’s gripping message, powerful for the individual and therefore powerful for society.

Perlman is an Australian author that deserves and has received worldwide acclaim. He is not a prolific writer, but what he does publish is beautifully and painstakingly crafted.

My Giveaway Terms:

  • the prize is a brand new paperback copy of The Street Sweeper by Elliot Perlman (may have different cover)

  • extra entries for spreading the word via Twitter (@BLBookReviews) (+2) and the Web (+4)
  • entries are open internationally (wherever The Book Depository delivers to - check here)
  • randomly selected winner will be announced 14 February 2013
  • check your emails around that time because the winner must provide their mailing address via return return email within 5 days, otherwise an alternate winner will be drawn

      Jennifer, Amy, Susan – My pleasure ladies. This book is chunky so it is an investment of time but it is very much worth it. I wish I hadn’t taken so long to get around to reading it myself.
