My Salinger Year by Joanne Rakoff – Bloomsbury’s promoted release for June, sounds fantastic. [Review Copy]

Only the Animals by Ceridwen Dovey – I bought this intriguing short story collection released in April with a gift card from the lovely Emma, host of France Book Tours where Booklover Book Reviews is blog of the month.

The Girl in the Empty Dress by Lise McClendon – I’ll be partipating in the France Book Tour for this title, the second novel in the ‘Bennett Sisters’ mystery series, sounds fun. [Review Copy]

Family Heirlooms by Zulmira Ribeiro Tavares – This novella is the latest translated fiction release from digital publisher Frisch & Co. [Review Copy]

and I borrowed two audiobooks from my library:

Lady Windermere’s Fan by Oscar Wilde and The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie by Muriel Spark, both authors whom I’ve loved the work of before.

I got My Salinger Year too, really looking forward to it. Hoping to buy a few books this weekend, as my local bookshop seemed to forget it was the new month!
    Happy reading!
