April is Aussie Author Month – how will you participate?

Aussie Author MonthApril is Aussie Author Month – how will you participate?

Here on Booklover Book Reviews I will be reading and reviewing lots of great titles by Australian authors and holding international giveaways of some of those titles during Aussie Author Month.

Titles being featured this month include:

Sink or Swim by Ross Collier

Due Preparations for the Plague by Janette Turner Hospital

Love in the Years of Lunacy by Mandy Sayer

Zen Queen by Kirsty McManus

Five Bells by Gail Jones

Graven Images by Ray Norris

Bitter Greens by Kate Forsyth

All these titles will also count toward my participation in the Aussie Author Challenge.

Aussie Author Month is about celebrating the uniqueness and great quality that our nation contributes to literature by the promotion of authors and books we love from Australia (or, as with various celebrities and pavlova, those we claim as our own anyway even if they live in another country nearby).

This great initiative was started by Nyssa @vintagezombie, Kat @bookthingo and Marg @margreads in 2011. Lots more information on how to get involved is available at the dedicated Aussie Author Month website.
